1- How do I make a reservation?

2- How will I know if the reservation has been made?

If you write to us on Whatsapp, our sales representatives will provide you with instant feedback and will send you a Türsab approved ticket. If you make your reservation by filling out the reservation form, our sales representatives will contact you shortly after. Then they’ll send a digital ticket. You can show this ticket on your phone in the morning service.

3- Can I pay on the day of the tour?

Yes, you can oay on the day of the tour. During busy times in high season you may be asked to pay a small deposit.

4- What time will be picked up in the morning?

This may vary depending on the location of your accommodation. Our sales representative will tell you your transfer time after you book. There may be delays of 10 minutes during transfer times. If your service is late for more than 10 minutes, please call your sales representative and confirm the situation.

5 - What should I take on the trip with me?

You should take swim wear, sun cream and sun glasses, a snorkel set if you want to snorkel, and a towel. Extra money is needed for drinks.

6- What is included in the price?

Lunch and drinks during lunch. Drinks at other times and other expenses such as ice creams, etc are extra.

7- How long is the trip?

The trip starts with hotel pickup at about 09 am and the boat starts the trip around 09.30am. You’ll be back at the jetty after the trip at around 04.30 pm. From here you’ll be taken back to your hotel.
