No, you don’t need to print the ticket. Just show your ticket on your mobile phone. All the necessary details will be written on your ticket.

Wear whatever is comfortable. It is recommended to have a sturdy pair of broken-in trail shoes, boots, or sneakers. It is preferable to dress in layers and wear clothing that will wick away perspiration and keep you dry and comfortable for cultural tour (Pamukkale, Ephesus, Dalyan etc.).

For boat trips or safaris, you can wear swimsuits and bring sun glasses, sun cream and towel.

You do not need to pay any deposit or full fee for the daily tours. You can make your payment on the day of the tour. However, you may be asked for a small amount of deposit during the busy season.
If you want a private tour, you must pay a deposit in advance. In this way, your place is guaranteed.

Yes. We can not guarantee your place for last minute bookings.

You must call 72 hours ahead of your scheduled tour for a full refund. Within 72 hours you will assess 50% termination fee. There are no refunds for cancellations within 24 hours of your tour, or if you decide not to show up.

No. In adverse weather conditions, your tour will be canceled and you will be notified in advance. If you have paid for the tour in advance and the tour is canceled due to bad weather, the entire fee will be refunded to you.
