We take you to the hard to find places and away from the crowds to enjoy spectacular views and the thrill of traveling off-road in the unique landscapes of Cappadocia, all in one day. We offer half day and full day tours and the itinerary will be as:
Cappadocia Jeep Tour Half Day Excursion
This trip starts at 10:00 in the morning and ends around 14:00 in the afternoon or 13:00 in the afternoon and ends around 17:00. We will pick you up from your hotel and start our adventure driving from Goreme to Uchisar Our first stop is the majestic viewpoint overlooking Goreme. From the panoramic point of view, we will drive to the village of Ibrahimpasa (the Greek name is Babayan). There is a bridge in the center that crosses a gorge that dates back to 1939, but a recent facelift has made it look like new. On each side, you will see fine Cappadocian stone houses with highly decorative facades rising amid newer construction… On the other side of the village, a path leads down to a glorious unspoilt valley.
Our next stop will be the Pancarlık (Beet Valley) Church. It is a monastic church located within a group of rock cones. The flat roof of the church is still completely covered in frescoes in which reds and greens predominate, as is the upper part of the small apse and large parts of the north and south walls.
Not far away is the Sarica Church, which was recently discovered (it was buried under mounds of earth) and has been fully restored. It is in splendid isolation and is only open from April to the end of October.
Then we will drive to Gomeda Valley and explore one of the hidden beauties of Cappadocia. This valley is known to be the greenest valley in Cappadocia.
Our last stop will be the village of Mustafapasa, an ancient Greek city that was inhabited by “Rones” (Greeks) until the population exchange of 1924. You can visit the ancient Greek mansions and take a short walk through this city.
