There are 3 main attractions in Pamukkale. The thermal travertines, Hierapolis City and Cleopatra’s pool.

At the thermal Travertines, visitors can walk through the thermal water pools all the way down the mountainside. This is probably the most recognised part of the Pamukkale tour from Fethiye and what you will see in all of the advertising pictures. From the entrance of Pamukkale to the thermal travertines, you will pass through Hierapolis City. Many of the ruins are still recognisable as the great columns that supported bigger structures. On the other side of Hierapolis City is Cleopatra’s Pool. This is said to have been gifted to Cleopatra, and it’s waters are believed to have healing properties. In ancient times and today, it is used by locals as a spa to cure ailments. There is an entrance fee to Cleopatra’s Pool that isn’t included in the price of the ticket of the Fethiye to Pamukkale Tour.

The coach will collect you from your accomodation, and the transfer is included in the price of the Pamukkale Tour from Fethiye. You will travel around 4 hours, plus 2 stops for a toilet and refreshment break. Once you reach Pamukkale you will have around 3 hours to explore inside. You can go round Hierapolis City, Cleopatra’s Pool and the thermal Travertines at your leisure. On the way back you will stop 2 times again. You will get back to Fethiye around 8pm but this could be delayed due to external reasons, such as traffic.

Yes you can pay on the day, but during busy times in high season, you may be asked for a small deposit payment once you arrive in Turkey to secure your place on the coach. Payment on the day of the tour will be in CASH only.
The pick up time for this tour to Pamukkale from Fethiye is about 6am. But this time can be different depending on where you are staying in the area. We will tell you close to your departure date a more accurate time.
